Volunteers and fundraising

Ealing Talking Newspapers does not have any paid staff. The main expenses are the rent of our office and recording studio, the cost of recording and copying equipment, and consumables. We are entirely dependent on the generosity of donors and the energy of our fundraising committee.

Talking Newspaper USB sticks are carried free of charge by the Royal Mail for anyone who is registered as blind or visually impaired, and has close-up vision with spectacles of N12 or less, confirmed by an ophthalmologist, doctor or ophthalmic optician.

To make a contribution, you can send a cheque to the following address:

Ealing Talking Newspapers, 39 Broughton Road, Ealing W13 8QW
